Diana possesses significant experience in advising banks, private equity funds, asset management companies and payment institutions. Diana was involved in various fintech projects and she has particular interests in open source projects and distributed ledger technologies, assisting entrepreneurs in various legal aspects relating to blockchain based solutions, including security tokens offerings.
